Dear Ms. Johnson: We are greatly honored that you would take time out of your busy schedule to meet with us. With this on mind., and in the interest of time we would Like to submit the following ideas of areas of concern and possible areas of negotiation. We use the term negotiation advisedly because it is our drearn to develop a partnership with your agency which wiIl help to clarify sorne of the concerns created as a result of this economic depression.
