The Petitioner Petitions to be Heard

Under ECOSOC Resolution 728F and 1503 of the Helsinki Accord the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International covenant on economic, social, and cultural rights; the petitioner further petitions to be heard under the 1st, l3th, l4th, and l5 th Amendments to the United States Constitution. Governor John Corzine’s of New Jersey Executive Order of February 14,2007, Executive Order 83 which created Martin Luther King Commission, 2 Chronicles 7:14 and 1 Kings 1:17 of the HoIy Bible, article #5 of theMartin Luther King by Iaw. The petitioner petitions to be heard consistent with the fact that the petitioner is the CO-Chair of the Networking Committee for the United Nations DPI 61st  Annual Conference and the chairman of Alternative Education sub-comitttee, a Sexton of Kirkpatrick Chapel, R.utgers State University of New Jersey, a citizen of New Jersey, under Rutgers University Senate BilI 7:22 and 7:23.
 
The petitioner argues that once a greater philosopher said (in phrase) that after we have captured the wind, the rain, the water, the tides, and gravity, and all the scientific and technological advances that we will one day release the energy of love for God and the for the second time in the history of mankind we will discover fire.
 
So Iet us begin our joumey into the 61 st Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
